Strip and re-cover of concrete tiled roof using new vapour permeable breathable membrane pitched roof underlay and tanalised lath battens. All tiles and dry verge covers re-fixed with any that were damaged or broken replaced with new. Installation of new half round concrete ridge tiles mechanically secured using dry ridge fixing system.
